The rooms are spacious and clean, featuring a separate living area and kitchenette that provide added convenience. The location is excellent, with the Palacio de Congresos nearby and various restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. Additionally, the reception staff are helpful and provided valuable assistance throughout my stay.

The kitchen setup is lacking. missing essential items like a microwave and coffee maker limits functionality for travelers. Poor shower design results in water leaking across the bathroom floor, and the sensor-operated sink faucet only dispenses cold water, which is inconvenient. Additionally, some rooms face street noise, and the proximity of the emergency light to the bed can be disruptive at night, stealing away much-needed rest.

Great location, only a 10-minute walk to Estadio Santiago Bernabéu. The room felt spacious with a separate living area and kitchenette. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping things clean. The bathroom design wasn’t the best, causing water to leak on the floor during showers. Despite these issues, the overall stay was positive, and I'd consider returning.

However, we did experience some street noise, especially on weekends, which interrupted our sleep. Also, the kitchenette could use more basic items, limiting our cooking options.

The kitchenette was equipped for light meals, but bring dish soap and newspaper for quick cleanup and food storage.

espahotel plaza basilica has a fantastic location near bernabeu stadium with plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. the room was impressively clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

awesome access to parks and landmarks for easy city strolls

the hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful Berlin Park and also close to many local restaurants, making it a great spot for weekend strolls and delicious meals.
